Our planning team will go over all the documents and information you sent us to come up with the most suitable options and estimated prices for each option.
Your Purrfect Pilot will contact you to walk you through the different options and necessary preparations to get your pet flying.
From the moment you sign up for either option, you’ll be accompanied in every step from booking clinical appointments to post-travel health check after arrival to your new home.
Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a complete travel plan including all necessary clinical appointments, health checks and a tentative travel schedule.
A dedicated Purrfect Pilot will send you reminders before, and follow ups after each veterinary appointment and reply to all your questions and concerns.
At least 14 days before your travel date, your Purrfect Pilot will make a final check to collect any missing information and apply for remaining travel documents.
You will receive the final schedule for the pre-flight arrangements, advice on how to get yourself and your pet ready for flight, and a pet guide of your destination.
